Nuriye Sahin, Certified Immigration Consultant, recognizes the importance of privacy and confidentiality of my clients’ personal information.
I collect, and use and, where appropriate, disclose personal information in order to provide immigration services to my clients. By retaining me to provide specific immigration services, you implicitly consent to my collection and use of your personal information in order to advance your case.
I take reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is secure from unauthorized access. I store my client files in paper or electronic form for six years, after which they are destroyed.
You have a general right of access to your own personal information, but there are some exceptions for information that is privileged or that affects the privacy of others. If you are concerned about the accuracy or completeness of information I hold about you, I will try to answer your written request within 30 days, upon payment of an administrative charge (if any) for file retrieval and copying.
Nuriye Sahin is a Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. She represents her clients with their temporary resident and permanent resident applications, as well as appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division. She graduated from the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law in 1986. After working as a lawyer for 14 years as a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, she immigrated to Canada.
