Investors, Entrepreneurs and Self-employed people
The Investor category has been suspended indefinitely by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. The minimum investment amount according to current legislation is $1,800,000.00.
The Entrepreneur category has been suspended temporarily.
The self-employed people category is still open for applications. The jobs that fall within this category are limited to the list below:
- being actively involved or self-employed in cultural activities;
- currently being employed as an athlete or having taken part as an athlete in a competition known world-wide;
- having experience in farm and agriculture management.
Nuriye Sahin is a Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
